My new 9 to 5 life On: 2005-11-03 22:31:53 There have been a few changes in my professional life the last couple of months. My new job at Powertech is challenging but very fun. I have some really nice colleagues and selling internet can be quite fun. Unfortunately I haven't been able to train as much as I wanted since I started working. I decided to give 100% of myself in my new job, and had to work hard with preparation and afterwork in the beginning. Now I'm entering my third month as a "normal" working person and I'm starting to get the hang of it. Two weeks ago I returned to the gym to try to get back in shape again... The first session was really hard and I felt like I was going to choke after only 10 minutes. Fortunately it got better after the first 10 minutes almost dying. (he-he). I have also been to an aerobics class, something that is a quite new experience for me. I went with one of the girls from my work, and it was a lot of jumping around which resulted to two soare calfs the day after. Many have been asking me if I'm considering returning back to indoor volleyball. The answer to that is simply not at the moment. I'm not motivated to play indoor after such a long time away from the game. I miss the girls at the team, but feel that I'm not ready yet to play. As for now I'm only going to work out in the gym with weight lifting and spinning. There's also a slight possibility that I appear in Kolbotn to play some beach volleyball. I'll try to keep this site updated with more news when I have something to tell. Unfortunately I can't tell you about exotic beaches and the exciting life in Rio de Janeiro anymore, but just the normal life in Oslo, Norway. But I'm enjoying my new life a lot. CJ |
